  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and xanthan gum.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, egg (or flax egg), melted butter, and vinegar.
  3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  4. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.

Step 2: Shape the Dough Balls

  1. Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar for the coating.
  3. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  4. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Layer the coated dough balls in the greased pan.

Step 3: Add the Caramel Sauce
